Commission Plans - Are dependant on your skill level

  • 90% to Agent 10% to Broker - 20 or more Transactions over the past two years
  • 80% to Agent 20% to Broker - 11-19 Transactions over the past two years
  • 70% to Agent 30% to Broker - <10 Transactions over the past two years

This includes:

  • Paperless backend system with electronic signature 
  • Your own website landing page
  • A web page for all your individual listings listings
  • A CRM that connects to our website
  • Company signs per the company manual
  • Contract & Listing review
  • Training and goal setting as requested
  • Commission paid at closing
  • A full virtual environment with shared conference room (added cost may incur)

***Transaction coordination, MLS entry & Electronic Transaction System entry is available upon request.

As A Real Estate Agent You Will Be Able To:

Represent Buyer(s) by:

  • Showing customers a variety of properties of interest
  • Knowing the buyers' wants and needs
  • Understanding the financial limits of the buyers
  • Having realistic knowledge of property value
  • Understanding the surrounding community
  • Understanding the process when buying a home
  • Providing buyers with home loan information
  • Communicating with the buyer on a daily basis

Represent Seller(s) by:

  • Guiding them to a realistic asking price
  • Listing the home and completing proper paperwork
  • Understanding the process of selling a home
  • Providing tips to make their home more marketable
  • Promoting the home through creative marketing strategies
  • Communicating with the seller on a weekly basis
